Dinerama - The 4 Day-a-Week Street Food Market in Shoreditch

Dinerama, the new street food market from Street Feast (who also operate Dalston Yard & Model Market), opens this Friday 12th June.  It's a street food market with built-in sit-down diners (hence 'Dinerama') and will be open from Thurs - Sun for the summer.  There will also be food trucks, bars, rooftop areas and more.  It's going to be huge!

Busan BBQ

Dinerama, the brand new day/night street food market from the team behind Street Feast launches 12/13 June on Great Eastern Street. Running four days a week Thursday-Sunday in a former bullion truck depot in the centre of Shoreditch, Dinerama is home to six eat-in street diners, five street shacks, two food trucks and five brilliant bars.

B.O.B.s Lobster

Continuing to transform derelict and disused spaces in London, Street Feast has turned this giant 1,000 capacity empty yard into an epic street food ARENA. Built entirely from scratch, Dinerama brings together the steel towers of Burning Man, bright lights of Sunset Boulevard and burning oil drums of Mad Max, finished off with a rooftop English country lawn.

Five of London’s best street food traders - Breddos, Smokestak, Fundi, Baba G’s, and BBQ Lab as well as Duck’N Roll, the street eating venture from Michelin starred Club Gascon, take over six permanent sit-down diners around a huge 400-seater space in the centre of the yard. Five street food shacks and two trucks host a rotating line up of Street Feast veterans and new-to-us traders including Yum Bun, Busan BBQ, Rainbo, Cheeky Italian, You Doughnut! and Chuck Burger. Open from noon-midnight Thursday-Saturday and from noon-9pm on Sunday for 16 weekends, you’ll be able to get your street food fix for lunch in the sun, early dinner with the family or late night drinking and feasting with friends all summer long.

Breddos Tacos

Dalston Yard duo Breddos bring their experimental flavours and modern Mexican tacos & tostadas to the Dinerama Taqueria with a menu featuring Taco Wars winning 10hr Chipotle Beef Short Rib with queso fresco and burnt spring onion cream and Sea Urchin with avocado, roasted tomato and shiso. They’ll also be cooking Baja Californian barbecue at the Baja-Marama Bar with a menu of fiery grilled meats and seafood and delicious summer salads. Expect great sunshine food, try the Hanger Steak, smoked paprika vinaigrette and pico de gallo with a side of Charred Corn, serrano chile, queso fresco and gem lettuce.

Smokestak’s David Carter debuts BirdBox, a 54-bird rotisserie serving juicy Bajan-inspired rotisserie chicken with charred lemon, roasted garlic, marjoram and thyme, and dripping fried potatoes. For afters, head to You Doughnut! for Hot & Fresh Doughnut Bites with salted caramel or warm chocolate sauce.

You Doughnut

There’s also five brilliant bars including three rooftop drinking spots. Stay downstairs for icy-cold cans and slushy cocktails at the Tequila Container and Can Hatch or head up to the MASSIVE mezzanine for summer spritzes and ‘Picnic Drinks’ at the Pavilion Bar on the Shoreditch Lawn. For people-watching and catching rays make a move to the Baja-Marama Bar for Mexican beer and Chillibacks, or shimmy over the gangway to the Rum Rooftop for desert island drinks in all the colours of the rumbow. Don’t forget to make a beeline on entry for the Big Bar, serving great draught lager and giant festival-sized cocktails.

Dinerama has several bookable areas for parties from 15 to 150, including a table-service dining area in the centre of the yard AKA the ‘House of Bamboo’. For more information on how to book one of these areas, please contact hello@streetfeastlondon.com.
