The Manhattans Project's 3 Month Residency at POND Dalston

On Friday 4th September The Manhattans Project (great name!) starts a 3 month cocktail residency at POND Dalston, the Hawaiian restaurant and bar in Stamford Works, Gillett St.  Run by cocktail expert Felix Cohen, the Manhattans Project has popped up at lots of places over the past 3 years, and this time will be serving epic Manhattans and more from Monday - Saturday, 6pm to midnight.  Make sure you go!

Part of the menu
"Serving up ‘classic cocktails, done right’, The Manhattans Project’s new menu features timeless recipes that have been tweaked with contemporary spirits, seasonal ingredients, a touch of humour and a nod to tradition. With the signature drink naturally being the Manhattan, the new menu of reimagined classics are genuine and inventive in equal measure. The menu will also feature a unique take on retro favourites, such as their ‘Sex on the Beach #2’ and ‘Orgasm #2.
Founded by cocktail aficionado Felix Cohen, a house hold name in bar industry, the Manhattan Project began in the basement in Off Broadway and has remained in East London ever since, including a pop-up at Bohemia Hackney and the house bar at Kerb Street food market.
POND, the Hawaiian restaurant and bar, situated in the heart of Dalston offers Londoner’s an original and authentic menu that showcases premium fusion cooking. This relatively unknown style of food is both bold and exciting and encompasses Asian cooking techniques taken from the cultures of the Pacific Rim and further afield."
