The 'Yeah! Grills' Residency at The Victoria in Dalston

Yeah! Burger, currently in residency at The Star of Kings, have branched out into a wider menu for their new residency - Yeah! Grills (geddit?), now in residency for the summer at The Victoria in Queensbridge Road, Dalston.  Serving a British BBQ experience, including steak sea bream, spatchcock chicken and more, they're open daily for evenings during the week, and from 1pm on Saturdays and Sundays.  Go!

"Having garnered cult status on London’s burger scene with Yeah! Burgers’ unexpected signature flavours, chefs and founders Adam and Scott have decided to quite literally go big or go home with their latest venture Yeah! Grills, which pays homage to two great passions; celebrating quality British meat and al fresco feasting.
“Watching Francis Mallmann cook on fire inspired me to get outside and cook more harmoniously with nature. The simplicity and symbolism of cooking large cuts of meat really hits home for me - there's no escaping that you're cooking an animal. When you really take the time to cook it, there’s a bond and respect for the animal which your guests can feel, it’s a huge privilege.” Adam.
That interaction is really the crux of Yeah! Grills, which centres on a sharing feast that everyone can get stuck in to. As with all things Yeah! , there’s a focus on fresh, quality ingredients and British meat from Wiltshire. Following the trend for American style BBQ joints, Yeah! Grills will put the spotlight back on locally farmed meat, offering a contemporary British BBQ experience.
Weekday and Saturday guests can choose from the full grill menu, which includes Yeah! Burger classics, as well as new Grill additions such as spatchcock chicken, 21 day aged sirloin steak, homemade smoked hot-dogs and roasted hog, all alongside light summer sides like parsley and pomegranate salad and fire-pit potatoes with smoked butter. Never neglecting the non meat eaters, guests can also tuck into cauliflower and aubergine steak and a daily rotation of fresh seafood.
For lazy all day Sunday feasting the Yeah! Grills team will light the fire in the early hours, slow roasting a rotation of lamb, hog, duck or chicken over a mix of plum apple and oak logs, all accompanied by their zingy sides including slaw, salad, pickles, potatoes and sourdough bread. Large (pre-booked) groups of 10 or more can take advantage of discounted rates and for bigger groups and parties, the Yeah! Grills team can arrange your very own piece of meat, cooked and served for your party"
