Nibbles on arrival: Indian nachos - mini poppadoms and tortillas served with a homemade chutney and spicy salsa
Main course tapas:
Baked tandoori cassava coated in spices, mint and yoghurt
Ruby and Pickles’ ‘Dhokla’ special - traditional Indian steamed savoury cakes served with a green chutney and tempered spices
Cauliflower buffalo wings in a spiced batter
Courgette and chickpea carpaccio with a cashew and lemon dressing
All served with homemade pickle and chutney of the month
Dessert: chocolate and chilli truffles and masala coffee
All food is vegetarian or vegan and made with love and spice."
