Expect great wings, with a choice of 5 sauces - Buffalo, Kansas-City, Memphis, South Carolina and Texas - developed over extensive (& fun) research in the US. Perfect for a hot summer!
"Lord of the Wings is an authentic shack-style vendor inspired by the American cuisine staple: the Buffalo wing. Founded by two brothers and inspired by their American heritage, Lord of the Wings offers deep fried chicken wings covered in one of our signature sauces, all uniquely inspired by regional culinary traditions in the United States.
Years of research have gone into perfecting our cooking technique and concocting our sauces. From working in kitchens to going on pilgrimages across the States, talking to chefs and locals and tasting everything we can. Our fresh and unique approach combines classic barbecue flavours with other regional and traditional spices. The chicken wing acts as a vehicle which allows our customers to taste the different flavours of the American cuisine.
We’ve launched with 5 different sauces, each with their own unique recipe and traditions that those recipes arise from. They are: Buffalo, Kansas-City, Memphis, South Carolina and Texas.
When we first established Lord of the Wings one of our main priorities was minimising our damage to the planet. We use sustainable packaging, made from plants and are compostable - returning to soil in just 12 weeks. We only use free range chickens, who live to a high standard of welfare and are allowed to roam outdoors from an early age. Our wings are ethically sourced and covered in sauce, thus our tagline ‘Well Sauced Wings’ was formed!"
