Rare Breed Pork Evening at The Duke's Head in Putney

Like pork?  Really like pork?  The Duke's Head in SW15 are holding a night where you get to try some rare breeds, as part of a four course tasting menu.

"This is the first of a series of monthly pop up events held at The Duke's Head, Putney. Double rosette award winning Chef, Daniel Kelly has curated an evening discovering and celebrating rare pork breeds.
Teaming up with their local butcher, Parsons Nose, the aim is to introduce the importance of these rare breeds and to get a chance to try them yourself. Parsons Nose will give an expert demonstration on preparation and provide all the cuts for the evening.
Daniel and his team have carefully created a unique four course tasting menu, with amuse bouche, which will prove exactly why these breeds are worth sourcing!
In addition Sarah Joll from Cockburn & Campbell will be on hand to pair each course with the perfect matching wine."
