For as long as I cam remember... I've wanted to see Goodfellas while eating a themed Italian dinner! Now Feed Me Films are making this a reality with an event at TripSpace in E8 on Saturday 11th April. It costs £35, and the event starts at 7pm.
"Feed Me Films are back and are proud to present a culinary exploration of the wise-guy lifestyle.
Marty Scorsese released Goodfellas in 1990 and 25 years on it has stood up as one of the ultimate portrayals of the Italian-American Mafia. What is clear from the film is that food and drink play a huge part in the wise-guy culture, so we have combined them into one unique evening. The event is proudly presented by Campari.
During the film you will be served up five courses of bespoke Italian Cuisine and four alcoholic drinks all inspired by the film and enjoyed in time with all the action. Whether the characters on-screen are eating steak in a prison or drinking Americanos in the Copacabana Club, you will be joining them. Everything will be included your ticket, and the event will be held in TripSpace Projects, Haggerston.
So book the date in your diaries and then "go home and get your f*****g shine-box".2
