On Wednesday 27th April, chef Mira Manek, a healthy Indian food pioneer, will be cooking a 9 course dinner at 108 Pantry, at The Marylebone in Wellbeck Street. Dishes will include Red Lentil daal & garlic Labneh, Tamarind & orange quinoa bhel and Spices courgette slaw, and tickets are just £43. Sounds wonderful!
"108 Pantry continues to pride itself on being a top destination for healthy food lovers and will be hosting a one off supper club with guest chef Mira Manek, healthy Indian food pioneer. On Wednesday 27th April at 7pm, guests will have the chance to join Mira for a delectable nine course meal.
The evening will start with a welcome cocktail, followed by a nine course vegetarian sharing style menu. The menu will consist of culinary delights such as Red Lentil daal & garlic Labneh, Tamarind & orange quinoa bhel and Spices courgette slaw. A selection of her signature dishes, such as Masala grilled aubergine and saffron lime cheesecake will also be on offer. Tickets are available for £43 per person.
