Le Bao Truck, winner of British Street Food's Best Sandwich 2016, are in the kitchen at The Duke's Head in Highgate for the whole of March 2017, serving their take on traditional bao buns. Open daily, from 12 noon to 10pm, this is one not to miss!
"Bao buns with a modern twist
Le Bao serves up a modern twist on the traditional Taiwanese Bao (a street food staple made from a fluffy soft steamed bun sliced open and filled with braised meat). Our buns are made with soy milk and stuffed with a variety of fresh and bold ingredients. Menu offerings are inspired by our favourite cuisines with a modern flare."
